There are no documents required to submit the survey application, only the basic data of the applicant (name / correspondence address / contact phone number / address of the property for which survey is required / ....) as the survey application is not considered as proof of ownership or has any effect legal.
How do I determine the area of the property to be written during application submission?
The area of the property mentioned in the contract is written on the basis of which the initial fees for the surveying survey are estimated.
Is it possible to submit a survey application for more than one property in the same application?
No... The survey application contains a request to raise a separate property. When there is more than one property, each property must have a survey request.
Do applications need to be submitted in person?
No... Applications are submitted electronically through the electronic portal. The citizen can also visit the technological centers to serve citizens spread throughout the Republic to submit the application.

How are survey fees paid?
Payment is made through the electronic portal. Payment can also be made through Fawry outlets spread throughout the Republic
Is it possible to refund the amount paid if the payment is completed?
No refund will be given in any case

Is it possible to choose the engineering office for the surveying of the property?
No... All offices and companies for surveying have been approved by ESA, and therefore no offices/companies are considered

Yes, the date of the survey can be changed by calling the customer service center or communicating through the social media of the technology center for real estate registration.
